From my bookshelf: Finding Your Way in a Wild New World by Martha Beck
One of the first books that pointed me toward change
I read Finding Your Way in a Wild New World long before I changed anything about my lifestyle, mindset, or nutrition. I knew back in 2013 that I needed something to shift, and I even sensed that this was an important book for me to read. But I didn’t do anything with it in a long-lasting sort of way. Still, the ideas stayed with me. And now, after all I’ve learned in the past few years, I consider it essential reading.
If you’re at the edge of something and you know you can’t go back to how things were, this book might land just right. It’s about reconnecting with your true nature, tuning into intuition, and making change from a place of deep alignment instead of external pressure.
